Design Review Board Meeting Revision of  Proposal for New Rental Buildings at 31 Venetian Way

Tuesday, July 6, 2010 – 8:30AM

The architect of the proposed project at 31 Venetian Way will be presenting a significantly revised version of the project to the neighborhood residents prior to their final presentation to the Design Review Board on July 6.  As you know, the owner is planning to demolish the existing buildings and replace them with two new 5 story buildings.  The proposal has been in front of residents and the Design Review Board several times over the past year.

This will be the final presentation to the City of Miami Beach Design Review Board. If you have an opinion you would like to express regarding the design of this project, this is your last opportunity.
